Try This Free Tool to Simplify Your Business (Without Spending a Dime)

Hi Reader

Thanks for joining our Digital Marketing Insider Newsletter!

If you made it to our presentation last week at The Latino Business Alliance in Salem, you know we’re all about making digital marketing easy and practical.

We shared six free tools to boost your marketing, and today we’re diving deeper into one of them: JotForm.

JotForm is a simple, drag-and-drop form builder that helps you handle tasks like collecting customer feedback and managing appointments, all in one place.

Here are some practical tips to help you get the most out of JotForm for your business.

JotForm: Your Go-To for Easy Data Collection

JotForm is great for creating online forms that collect information seamlessly.

But it’s more than just a form builder—it’s a versatile tool for customer engagement and data management.

JotForm is like Google Forms but way better. You can create:

  • Forms
  • Surveys
  • Track your leads in a spreadsheet
  • Connect it to your favorite platforms
  • Create signable documents
  • And so much more.

At Rain Marketers, we use JotForm for our website contact forms and new client onboarding forms.

These forms connect directly to our CRM, automatically adding all the prospect's information.

Here’s how you can create a JotForm In seconds.

  1. Click here to sign up for a free account.
  2. Select the “Create Form” button.
  3. Select “start from scratch”.
  4. Choose the form style you want: “Classic Form” or “Card Form”.
  5. Give your form a title, or skip this part if you don’t want a title.
  6. Select the “Add Element” button on the top right
  7. Start dragging and dropping the form fields you want.
  8. Preview your form to ensure it is set up properly

Once you have created your form, you can go into your settings and add an email notification to make sure that you are notified when a new form submission is placed.

You can also set up an autoresponder to send to the user who submitted your form informing them that you will be in touch with them.

(See below)

Their mobile app works for both android and iphone so that you can take your forms on the go and track your submissions all from your phone.

This is perfect if you don’t have a website and need to share your forms with prospects at a moment's notice.

Earlier I mentioned that you can track your form submissions with a built in spreadsheet.

Here’s what that looks like when someone fills out your form:

We hope these tips help you make the most of JotForm!
